Women in Product

Women in Product is nonprofit organization committed to empowering women in product management and advocating for equal representation. The conference brought some 2,500 product leaders together at The Hilton Union Square San Francisco to commemorate the significant role and valuable contributions of women product managers.

The comprehensive event plan involved close collaboration with key stakeholders and executive board members. The plan required building and leveraging strategic partnerships to secure sponsorships; innovation in event design with unique themes, branding elements, and experiences. We also incorporated cutting-edge technologies (e.g., remote live captioning, event app, interactive installations) to enhance attendee engagement and streamline logistics. We partnered with the hotel on eco-friendly initiatives and sustainable practices such as waste reduction, carbon offset programs, and eco-friendly materials, for environmentally responsible event production.
