NACSACon 2024

NACSACon 2024 welcomed over 500 educators and leaders to Houston, TX, to rethink and explore how innovation, community-centeredness, and accountability can coexist while enhancing and fueling one another to transform educational environments. In addition to the general session followed by two full days of programming, the conference included a welcome cocktail reception, immersive activation experiences, wellness activities, and concluded with a Texas-themed closing reception. Conference attendees were transported via private coach to the closing event, which featured traditional Texas cuisine, as well as games, activities, and a custom leather branding experience.

We provided comprehensive logistics planning and expertly managed every aspect of the event. This encompassed event production, scenic design, hotel accommodations, branding coordination, audio-visual and technical production, event strategy, activations and experiences, venue contracting, layout design, food and beverage services, and event staffing. Our efforts successfully achieved the primary goal of enhancing the attendee experience, enabling the NACSA executive team to fully enjoy and engage with participants.
